CARPRO Denim Orange Peel Removal Pad (V2) – Upper Paint Layer Clear Coat Scatch Repair – 5.5 (1 Pack)

  • Create a perfectly smooth surface without having to resort to wet sanding – a practice that should only be performed by those who have honed their skills in a body shop environment
  • While removing orange peel and deep defects you are also polishing the paint rather than leaving sanding marks which reduces the steps needed afterwards.
  • Equivalent to 2000 grit sandpaper without the dulling of paint and sanding haze
  • Please only use these pads if you are sure the orange peel is in the upper (clear coat) and not the color coat layer
  • Size: 5 1/2 diameter. Thickness: 5/16. Pore size: 80ppi. Foam hardness: 3kpa. Material: Denim polishing surface with hook and loop backing
  • Do not use without sufficient skill level knowledge of clear coat thickness in conjunction with a paint thickness gauge.
  • PLEASE NOTE: THESE PADS ARE DECEPTIVE IN THEIR AGGRESIVENESS. Use NO PRESSURE and observe the paint temperature often.
  • DO NOT USE WITHOUT PAINT GAUGE UNLESS YOU HAVE TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR MOVING FORWARD WITHOUT ONE.
