PROFESSIONAL SOIL PROBE: The Mighty Probe is a high-end tool providing rigidity and safety. The Mighty Probe is used extensively in the wastewater industry for finding septic tanks and underground pipes.

INSULATED PROBE: The Mighty Probe includes a 6-inch composite isolator to help protect the operator from electrical shocks while providing the benefits of a steel rod. The 78-inch Mighty Probe allows for a probing depth of 72 inches deep. Please note: this tool is not intended to replace your other personal protective equipment. 6 Inch Handle + 72 Inch Metal Rod = 78 Inches Overall

50,000 VOLTS: The Mighty Probe features an isolator for increased protection against accidental shock from contact with energized lines. An independent testing laboratory tested the Mighty Probe to 50,000 volts. It has also been tested by the commercial laboratory services of a major utility company both dry and 48-hour water soak to 45,000 volts.

YELLOW HANDLE: The steel soil probe comes complete with a bright yellow handle for comfort and visibility. It is built from 1¡± x 11 solid steel.
